Fishery Improvement Projects
We provide technical assistance and training to the supply chains for the designing and implementation of fishery improvement projects according to the Conservation Alliance for Seafood Solution’s guidelines and Fishery Progress’s platform.
Aquaculture Improvement Projects
We support the aquaculture industry in the self-evaluation of its productive processes against the Best Aquaculture Practices and Aquaculture Stewardship Council’s standards for the improvement plans development to allow them to prepare for their certification.
Preparation for the Fair Trade Certification
We support supply chains in the evaluation of their production and trading processes against the Fair Trade USA Capture Fisheries Standard and the work plans design and implementation for the certification of their products and productive processes.
Social Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability Commitments
We advise the seafood distribution companies in the development of social and environmental responsibility commitments and their application to their procurement processes purchase policies according to the Conservation Alliance for Seafood Solutions’ guidelines.
Procurement Policies
We support seafood distribution companies in the definition of procurement policies for the implementation of their social and environmental responsibility commitments, including the needed compliance audit and verification processes.
Total Traceability
We provide specialized technical services for the design and implementation of legal provenance and traceability verification systems for fishery and aquaculture products from the fishing site or aquaculture farm to the final consumer.
Chain of Custody
We advise the different supply chain components in the evaluation and improvement of their documentation and registry processes from the seafood products under their legal possession.
Access to Markets
We support producers and processors in the strengthening of their productive and marketing processes in order to access the most competitive markets through the design of new products, quality assurance and the establishment of new supply chains.
Evaluation of conformity
We support private and social fishing and aquaculture companies, in the preparation of their productive processes for the evaluation of conformity against the Fisheries and Aquaculture Mexican Official Standards.
