Specialized on wild and protected areas management by the Colorado State University and Integrated Coastal Zone Management by the University of Rhode Island. He has master\u2019s degree studies on regional development and environment from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He has 25 year of experience in the design and implementation of projects for the sustainable management on fishing resources. He was deputy director in the fisheries division for Sustainable Fisheries Partnership and is author on technical-scientific divulgation papers in topics related with fishing activities and the sustainable management of natural resources that have been the basis for the design and implementation of public policies in different producing and exporting countries of seafood products.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
